Beginning her career as a police officer, Rebecca gained extensive experience managing critical incidents, making sound decisions under pressure, and leading teams through complex and challenging situations.

As a school principal and educational leader, she has continued to lead strategically across diverse environments, guiding staff, students, and communities through change, crisis, and growth.
